At the moment we ensure on-line web access to certificates proving delivery to both our Partners and Customers with the help of internet tracking and so they can quickly and simply access information connected to deliveries.
Daily on-line report
Besides we send on-line reports every day to our Customers about the performance of the previous day and about the collection of cash on delivery.
In order to have your parcels delivered more efficiently the system ensures that if requested the addressee can receive an e-mail notice – free of charge – about the expected arrival time of the parcel and so the rate of the successful deliveries can be increased.
Real time information tracking
During a development in the beginning of 2009 we introduced a delivery system supported with PDAs, which makes it possible for our Customers to track information in real time about the status of parcels and about the success of delivery. The system can be integrated into the existing system of our Customers, making real time information management, the support of customer services work and the organisation of campaigns possible.
